Why Vocational Education Must Build Products, Not Just Prototypes

Vocational education often measures success by final grades. Yet a more honest indicator is how many student products are actually used by real users. At D3 TMB PENS, we redesigned course structures so every project has a public release target. Students write release notes, measure adoption, and receive direct feedback. The result: portfolios they can bring to industry on graduation day.
